This was my second time buying a property. I chose to go with Team Vallimont again because of my very positive experience in the past. They provided excellent guidance to help me with my second property and we were able to close in a timely manner. They are well established in the area with tons of experience. Bruce and Fran are excellent people and value their clients.. They are very responsive to texts and emails. They are doing an outstanding work. Would recommend them 5/5.

Fran and Bruce are caring, genuine and knowledgeable good people. The real deal. They have been supportive of me and my family even after they helped me purchase my home after my husbands death. Nothing but praise for them. They earn it.

Team Vallimont was recently my purchasing realtor for my first home. I honestly cant say enough good things about Bruce' teams, knowledge, openness, and availability to me and my wife. They were always there to answer the phone when I call, respond to my emails and manage all the parts and pieces of making sure I was looked after in our purchase. I always felt they were on my side of the fence and looking out for my best interest for the entire process. Their years in the industry also allowed us to work with some amazing sub contractors and Loan officers. Honestly, I don't think we would be in the house we are in today with out Team Vallimonts help. Thank you, Bruce and Fran!!

Bruce and Fran are the most humble, down to earth, trustworthy and knowledgeable people/realtors I know. I trusted them with the sale of my home and it sold within 2 weeks at a great price. They handled all the negotiations and kept my feelings and best interest in mind. They always made sure I was ok with it every step of the way. I highly recommend them and will entrust them with all my future real estate needs.
