Very nice restaurant in downtown Vacaville. The warm spinach salad was delicious and the lamb lollipops we yummy, too. A great place with attentive and friendly service from our server, Ryan. He recommended a tasty chardonnay to us, too. Highly recommend!

Visited first time for my birthday in February. Fuso Fusion Italian restaurant is amazing! It is a small quaint place in downtown Vacaville. Our server was very attentive and her service was wonderful. The food is definitely a 10! I selected an item off the Specials Menu. Spaghetti with Salsiccia, Warm Spinach Salad with goat cheese, and ice tea. We also had an appetizer... Beef and Shrimp Lumpia. The server brought me a surprise Tiramisu for my birthday! Everything was prepared fresh and tasted amazing!!! I loved everything about Fuso! I brought my sister for her birthday two weeks later when she visited from Florida. She loved the food and dining experience as well. Thank you for making our birthdays a memorable event for both of us. I will be returning.
