        I have a simple billing question that can be answered in one minute. It's Thursday afternoon 4:00 pm and I have been on hold for 90 minutes, since 2:30. No call back option - it's "not available" today. I'm betting that I will be on hold until 6 pm and a recording will say Goodbye. I'm making this call for my 90 year old mother - I'm so glad I don't have geico!!!!!  Edit:  I was disconnected at 4:20. Called back and after going through a lengthy automated questioning (again!) I was disconnected (again!). Geico sucks!!!!!!!
