        Cozy Homes installed a heat pump for me about a year ago and Chris just came to do their annual check-up. He was great and double-checked all of the settings, tested the system, and explained everything. There wasnt a question he couldnt (and wouldnt) patiently answer.

Thank you Nick We’re so happy to help you and your family out with a cozy home We love helping out our Vallejo clients with new heating and air conditioning systems Enjoy your new energy efficient systemYour previous post was about how great our team was from start to finish and even posted pics of how clean the install came out But then you put a 2 star on us for something that is completely out of our control and is controlled by PGand EUnfortunately we don’t own the rebate programs and cannot control them We will continue to provide excellent customer experiences and super clean installs just like you stated on your first review We will also keep you posted on any updates for your rebate as well
