Cleanest Maids

We asked for standard move-out cleaning after 6 months in apartment. 2 bed, 2 bath, 750 sq feet, family of 3, not a students (Professor of Medicine, research scientist and our daughter) apartment in very good condition, just didn't want to lose few hours of our time because we were quite busy moving to new house we just bought. Estimate was from $160 to $240. Two to three hours. With something like "you know, student's apartments tend to take up to 3 hours "... Our mistake was that we just left them in the apartment without supervision. In 3 hours and 15 minutes my wife, surprised that we didn't have a call from cleaners, called them. Answer was "we almost done, just a bit more of vacuum ". That was disturbing because we did vacuum ourselves day before. We came in about 20 minutes after that and received a bill for $340. For 4 hour's of work for 2 cleaners. When we asked why it is much more than estimate, cleaners just tell us that "it took a little longer ". And when we asked what exactly was a problem ( as I said, apartment was in very good, almost ideal condition, already vacuumed, with cleaned windows etc.) they failed to name any exact work that took extra time and connected us to supervisor... who start conversation with lying to us that we were informed about extra time by text message after 3 hours of cleaning and didn't decline it. Of course, it was no any text message at all ( and they failed to show it when we asked to demonstrate it to us). Not enough- when we checked the apartment we realized that part of the promised work was actually never done... what can I say- crooks and cheaters who can't be trusted with anything. We called and gave this service a weeks notice of needing bi-weekly service. We were told they would be at our house after 12 noon. No one showed up because we needed to be at the house for this service we lost a whole day. We called at least 6 times throughout the day and no returned our call. Very unprofessional no return calls , Im hoping to save others the trouble. Funny thing is I was trying to give my wife a break as she takes care of her father with altimers, as well as myself who is handicapped. She was so nervous about having other ladys in her house , she ended up cleaning all day because the service said to have the house clean to set up a standard cleaning. So much or trying to give a health care provider a break. Cleanest maids doesnt live up to their name , I wish they lived up to their name. Service: Standard cleaning

Would highly recommend this agency for all cleaning, hauling and carpet cleaning! They are so friendly and efficient and do spectacular work.
