image Warning— do not use—- worst company to ever do business with- paid For the windows up front to fix two windows- 1 arrived broken— they didn’t realize it was broken until the day the appointment was scheduled!! They don’t give a timeline for when a new window is going to arrive— if you have a broken window do not use these people— they are rude and unprofessional—And they are very slow at scheduling anything —

image I'm writing this review based on a one time experience I had with Dawn who apparently answers the phone for the company. I'm military and recently moved from the other side of the country; only been in California a month. I'm renting my current property. I was advised to contact the company to set up an appointment around my schedule to fix the patio door. I called, was given an appointment for 24Sep btwn 0930-130. I made myself available for said appointment, stayed home all day cleaning since I recently moved. 1300 rolled around, no one showed up. I called and spoke to Dawn and proceeded to tell me he left a card on the door because the owner doesn't have " time to wait." I advised her that the doorbell didn't ring or knock at the door and I have been home all day. I also asked why didn't he call. Her response was "he worked 20 calls today and don't have the time for that." I let her know how unprofessional it seems. From here this has went down hill. Dawn proceeded to say "you know what, I'll deal with your landlord, you don't even own the house. I don't have to talk to you or deal with you. byeeeeeeeeeeee." Just like that and hung up the phone in my face. I sat home for a sec in disbelief as this just happened. Called back, no answer. Called back, no answer. Dawn's professionalism is questionable. Regardless of the circumstances, this is a business, and a business transaction with me being the customer, you don't treat people that way because you feel you have the right to. Home owner or not, I'm still the customer. I will be reporting this company and their standards to the BBB.
Thanks.
Update: 24 Sep
Was unable to reach the company via phone. However, found their FB and left a message. Unbeknownst to me, the company reached out to my landlord and told him I was "verbally abusive" which is a lie coming from a domestic violence survivor. I don't appreciate being lied on. Neither do I appreciate nor will accept this form of bullying. Furthermore, the company went on to antagonize me about the incounter. The company messaged again on FB and said "I admitted the card was left. Maybe the person could've made himself invisible. " Comments like that are uncalled for and highly unprofessional for a "small business" and definitely not a smart move. Common sense and business rule would agree. Why continue being unprofessional? The question isn't whether they arrived, the issue here is the failure to follow through once arrived. I Iater watched the person from my camera ring bell once. Maybe I was in the toilet, shower, backyard etc. Why not call? There was a standing appointment. So obviously they didn't need the business otherwise, they would've make their presence known. I asked Dawn a simple question, "why not call?" She blew the whole thing up with I appropriate things being said to me. As I stated, highly unprofessional.
