We got a call from Holt asking if we were able to use the equipment we rented because it was raining. They said they would credit us a rain day. I fell of the chair. No one i say no one ever treated us like that in my life. i am 80. everything they have done during my contact has been of this quality.. The cost has been the best also, Cost is only secondary. How you are treated is primary. thank you.

I called and asked for a a Jack-hammer and I was given a Jack-hammer... Tyler was even nice enough to give me an extended time to return the equipment the next day. When I got home I realized I had asked for the wrong tool because there wasn't an attachment that would be flat enough to help me remove wood flooring... I called back and without hesitation I was given the option to try out the equipment to see if I could make it work and continue as planned or if it didn't work I could simply return the equipment and I would get a full refund. Everything was my mistake and they still took great care of me, definitely will be going back if I need any construction equipment again.
