One of their values is Accountability, they take no accountability for their ways of causing issues. They cancel your card and never let you know but then expect you to be held accountable to charges they suspect as fraud. I would recommend going elsewhere. Sad part is that I have been a member for many years and this is how they do their "valued" members. Maybe they are growing to the point they need to start to swindle for money, I did see one class action against them that just recently settled. Maybe we can intermingle to discuss possible other issues they've brought upon their "valued members".

Its takes a very long time to be assisted with service and The app never works. Not a place I ever would like to do business with again.

I got Travis when I turned 18 because my parents switched and I was very impressionable. Recently (Five years later), I moved out-of-state and needed to close out my accounts because there were no Travis Credit Unions where I was going. I went to this branch and was helped by Meganne who was intent to mislead me in every step of closing out my credit card. When I asked questions she was offended to even have to take the time to give me an answer that could help me. With vague instructions on how to make a final payment and close out my account I left frustrated and called customer service. I was given a little more information and came back at the end of the week to pay off my credit card, in exact change, like I was instructed and then received attitude when I BROUGHT EXACT CHANGE because clearly I was already to know that their machine didnt process change. Finally I payed everything off and signed a form saying that my account was filing to be closed. Fast-forward three months later while I am living in another state and I get an e-mail from Travis saying that they are charging me a late fee for my credit card that I thought had already been closed. Apparently an old subscription charged my credit card that an employee at Travis had cut with scissors in front of me three months prior. On top of that when I called about this charge to a credit card no one notified me had not been closed I was informed that because I am no longer physically able to step into a branch I will be charged a service fee for cancelling my credit card over the phone. If you want a company that lies to you and has awful customer service this is the place you are looking for.
