Vacaville Chamber of Commerce

on 12/26/21 we were visiting our grand kids in Vacaville. On our way home we stopped at the Chevron gas station, 970 Merchant st. The attendant hardly spoke english. There was one person at the counter before me. He was elderly and was not understanding how to work the counter credit card machine. The attendant was rude and didn't attempt to help this person. I helped him and helped him again at the pump. This attendant was terrible with the man ahead of me as well as myself. I'm guessing the station is leased from Chevron and the attendant is part of the owners family or friendship and that's why he was employed. This is a sad situation an a bad mark on a fine city. This attendant is not capable of representing Chevron and the city of Vacaville.

I've been a member of The Vacaville Chamber of Commerce for 10 years, since I opened my own business with my husband. The chamber provides informational support, network possibilities and business opportunities. I have become a better business owner by learning and sharing ideas with other chamber members. The Vacaville Chamber of Commerce is such a great organization. Vacaville is blessed to have such a wonderful team of ladies under the leadership of Becky Craig (President/CEO) advocating for local business, promoting Vacaville businesses, strengthening the business community relationships, organizing relevant training, and providing amazing networking opportunities. Membership Coordinator Janet Monahan is a bundle of energy and will get you laughing while she works hard. Alexis Ruiz, the Chamber's Office Manager is super sweet and very helpful. It's an honor to work alongside them helping with photography at the great events they organize - from the Annual Dinner to monthly mixers and ribbon cuttings to welcome and promote new businesses.
