Woke up on Saturday to find my tire flat. Practically brand new AND an AWD. The dealership could not repair and offered to order a replacement for $300!!! For ONE tire. I called around, and thank goodness Daniel answered at Big O Tires. He was able to repair it and saved me the money and time of replacing ONE tire. I can't thank him enough for providing such awesome customer service!

I've purchased tires at the Big O tire store in Vacaville for the last twenty years. Tires and brakes for my Camry, Honda Accord and two Toyota Tundras. They have always been very professional, quick and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend that you consider having your vehicle serviced at Big O tires.

I came to Big O Tires with a misdiagnosis from another shop. Daniel exhibited an overwhelming amount of patience for me as someone who is not mechanically savvy in the slightest and walked me through what the actual problem was with my Camry. They did all this and when I was expecting a bill for the time spent finding the issue, he told me it was all good and to have a nice day. Highly recommend!

Having used Big O for a variety of services over many years, I called to get a cost estimate for an oil change and after providing the exact model of vehicle as asked, I was given a quote. I then confirmed an appointment time. When I arrived I was told the price would be $40 more than I was quoted and was told this was due to the needs of my vehicle. However, when they gave the quote I had already provided information obout my vehicle (which they asked for) and assumed the quote was specific to my vehicle. They never mentioned that the actual cost might be higher than the quote. However, they informed me the oil change also included tire rotation and balancing. I explained that I had just had my tires rotated less than 3 weeks earlier and did not want or need these additional services. I was told that while these services would not be performed, the cost would remain the same. Nevertheless, I decided to have the work done and waited expecting that a relatively simple oil change would not take more than an hour. After approximately 90 minutes I checked on what was happening with my car. I noticed the tech tightening wheel nuts and he told me he had just rotated the tires. Despite my clear instructions that I had just had the tires rotated this was never communicated to the tech. I had to wait almost another 60 minutes while the tires were rotated back to their original position and the car was ready to drive. Despite spending 2 1/2 hours waiting for what was to be a simple oil change, including at least an extra hour due to their mistake, the only compensation offered was $10 off a service that cost over $100. I was not offered a heart-felt apology and made to feel that my time and longterm business was insignificant. Needless to say I will not be bringing either of my vehicles back to Big O. After posting this review Big O reached out to me. They apologized for their mistakes and offered to provide my next oil change at no charge. I appreciated their reply and their offer and will give them another chance. I am also increasing my rating from one to three stars.
