Excellent service. Attitude of 'Can Do' and they did a great job on my car. They know what they're doing. Would definitely recommend them.

Jim worked well with the insurance companies involved. He took photos of the damage and sent them to my insurance company to justify repair costs. The car was repaired in a timely manner as he said it would. He took the time to explain to me all that was repaired and showed me the photos. My husband and I highly recommend this shop.

After receiving a quote from another body shop that just didn't feel right, I called Jacobs Auto Body after a friend told me about them, I'm so glad I called, from the initial contact with Jacob and later Brian I knew I was in the right shop! Their customer service is impeccable! Jacob assessed my vehicle and gave me a few options to consider, ( whether it was going to be an insurance claim or not, whether I was interested in using clean used parts or new parts) all of which I never considered. Brian kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle which I very much appreciated. I feel Jacobs Auto Body offered me fair pricing, above standard workmanship and all around great service! I highly recommend these guys!

Well what can I say about Jacob's Collision besides their great quality work? I have to say from a scale of 1 thru 10 I'd give them a solid 20!! They went definitely went the extra mile and treated me like family!  Brian exceeded my expectations, he fully explained the paperwork and work process perfectly to me until I fully understood and also went above and beyond and dealt with the insurance issues that I know no other person would've dealt with. Brian really made me feel like I just wasn't a costumer but family! So thank you Brain for the great costumer service and support and to Jim and the auto body team for making my vehicle look like I just pulled it out the lot!! Excellent job guys

I got into a pretty bad wreck on my way to work and was understandably both upset and scared. I felt very reassured when I got my car towed to Jacob's Autobody, and Brian was super helpful and made me feel much better about the whole situation. They recommended a rental car service and called to help me set that up before I got there, updated me daily on my repairs, and helped me with my deductible. I was very grateful to receive their help as the cost of the rental car added up quickly. Overall I had a wonderful experience with Jacob's and will continue to go there for all of my auto body repairs!
