The move back experience was smooth and easy with Christian and Nicholas. They did a wonderful job and no complaining dealing with our requests to shift things around after they had been brought in. Very professional and efficient.

I had 2 good workers from this company Alex and boo the first two I had install the equipment I don't want to say their names but the owners know exactly who the two are they installed the equipment and my Armani gold braclet walked off and I let the owners know and I also filed a police report per owners request Garrette the company does have insurance and my braclet was never recovered that braclet was real gold and it was special to me, bought by my oldest son so it was repurched by me at the same jewelery store second off when the company needed to send my insurance company their end of the estimate of the job they were not able to send it and my insurance did send the check I called cut n dry to pick up the check and they said they needed to adjust the payment and I was supposed talked to Kevin and I never heard any thing from and I even left him a message then Garrette called me back told me he would send some one well the worker stopped and picked up the check. I called the company asked this passed tuesday if they would cash the check this Friday and they said okay and I also spoke to my insurance broker on Friday he said he never got the last statement from cut n dry so I can't give this company 5 stars ... I looked in my mobile banking and the check was not cashed still I also called this morning today date is March 25,2024 Monday I spoke to marrissa and she said she would have have their finances department call me back so this has became a nightmare for me.

There's no words that can describe what this company did for me. When things were at there worst and I literally had nothing, they made me feel like everything was okay and in actuality it was. They cleaned up the mess but not only did they clean up the water they cleaned up my mess. They did everything and plus some. they made themselves feel like they were family, and I embraced it This is the most wonderful company that I've ever had the chance to do business with. And I'm just so thankful for everyone of those guys that came over here and worked their butts off. So thank you. You know who you are? There's about 15 to 20 of them. Thank you thank you so much. Thank you. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
I'm just a consumer. With all my heart. I'm just a consumer. Thank thank You cut and dry. I hope you guys are paid well because you do a darn good job. I'm not talking about manual labor because that's a give in. I'm talking about what you do for the customers emotionally. It's unreal!!!
