        the personal service was ok but the experience has been the worst. I did my taxes there 2017 for tax year 2016 and till this date IRS and the state of California are trying to garnish my wages for something that they shouldn't. I called the 866 number and they hung up on my because they said I had called the wrong number. there is no website to go to for help. I feel very upset for all the mess they have caused me. pulse very expensive. I am giving a star because I have to other wise I wouldn't them any
