Sal Piedra has been an ABSOLUTE delight to work with. Buying a home can be very stressful & worry-some. Having the right realtor is a very important aspect of the experience. While looking for a new home in Upland, CA Sal was referred to my wife & I by our family who has used his realtor services in the past. From the start I gave Sal trust because he was highly recommended & he proved himself to be exactly that, extremely trustworthy. Not only is trust important but getting along with your realtor is equally important. Sal is such a pleasure to be around & work with. He is punctual, communicative & efficient. We never once had to contact him to find out to status of things because he always made sure to keep us in the loop with updates. A smile & a happy demeanor go a long way as well when buying a home. Sal always made my wife & I feel very comfortable. In fact we plan to take him out for a nice dinner as a thank you for all he has done for us. We got the keys to our beautiful home in Upland at the end of September 2021 & are very excited for this new chapter. Bottom line is that if you are looking for a great realtor to walk you through the home buying experience we cant recommend Sal Piedra enough!
