Jason at this management company is the man to talk to. As a vendor we have worked along side him for years. Is his very responsive and is very informative as well. We will keep a open partnership with him and his management company for many more years to come!!!

Terrible Company!!! I am the Homeowner of only property this company manage. We had zero communication with this company, and I have continued to reach out to them never pick up the phone call. The only two emails I received every months were Bills and violation warnings.

Jason McGowan is the owner of Sona property management.  I am a Homeowner And resident of a property he manages. As is often the case, most homeowners are not very involved with the HOA and do not attend meetings. I attended a meeting in February of this year that Mr. McGowan ran for my HOA.  The  entire meeting was unsatisfactory.  He asked me to speak first instead of after the meeting was held making it more difficult to address my concerns without hearing the discussion from the board first. I submitted a letter to the board before I attended the meeting and a letter after I attended the meeting. I never received a response from Sona property management. I requested I'd be notified of the next meeting which was not announced at the end of the board meeting.  I received no reply to that request. In fact, I've had zero communication with Sona management although I have continued to reach out to them.  Another meeting was held in March and decisions were made that I had expressed some concern about. It was very clear to me efforts were made to make sure I was not aware of this meeting.Property management companies are supposed to be neutral and provide services to all residents. I do not think that has been the case with my HOA. The board president hired Sona management And therefore it makes it difficult for owners  to express concerns that conflict with the board president's agenda.I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism with this property management company.
