This is an update to my previous review. After being the worst management company I have ever rented from, this terrible saga continues almost two years later. I received a letter in the mail threatening my credit over $35. When 1) I received a deposit back, anything owed to this company should have been taken out of the deposit and then the deposit been given to me. 2) They are unable to accurately break down where this charge is coming from all of a sudden. We never received notice of owing this company anything, they are just now randomly coming back and asking for $35 out of the blue and I'm supposed to go waste gas and drop this money off at their offices without explanation. This is again the shadiest management company out there, do not rent through them!! Keep all paperwork they give you so you can catch any lies or errors as there will be a ton. I have lived in another apartment over a year since this rental situation so to have them come back threatening my Credit over $35 that they can't explain, after thinking I was finally done ever hearing from them or about them is extremely unfortunate. I will do everything in my power to stop people from renting from this company in the future, the lies, errors, and incompetence I've dealt with is too much to simply allow others to go through.

Did a construction clean up for them on a distressed property in Lancaster.  Once the work was done they have ignored my invoices, letters, phone calls, etc.  No wonder someone keeps changing the locks on the property.  More than likely other contractors who were not paid for the work they were contracted to do.  Don't make that mistake!  Don't do any work for them.
