Foothill management and there John Murphy finally fired from casa de Oro !  There are many reasons , but while John Murphy was our hoa manager , he was placed on probation for his actions towards women.  2 of our neighbors actually moved away.  His unprofessional verbal abuse that our female homeowners was just one of many John Murphy displayed.   If your thinking of hiring this guy , be careful!  We know have a new Hoa company.  Professional , at a better price , attentive , eager to respond and always available.  The complete opposite of John Murphy.  This guy needs help !

I basically only rely on them so I can obtain a parking permit. They can't even manage to call or email me back. No one answers the phone no one responds to emails. The one time I mailed in payment for a parking permit they towed my car anyway. This company has lost my trust and I will be addressing these recurring issues. Because no one will respond I drove to upland only to find out the permits are "sold out" .  I find that strange When I see a dozen empty parking spots every night?

I think this management group is awesome, and the staff has always been friendly with us and straight to the point. Sherry is awesome and always willing to help. I always recommend people to look into there rentals when available. Renting a home can be stressful in California and they 100% take the stress right away. I'm for ever thankful for foothill management team and we are thankful for our home with them as well
