3D Nails

Horrible place. No one helped me for like 30 mins and my nails looks were cut so short and were rushed. dont come here

First time coming here Im not from the area. My friend booked my appointment. Happy that when I showed up to my appointment they started right away. Staff was nice. I got and old lady who worked on my pedi and mani. It did take longer then I wanted to, usually they have someone working your feet while taking care of your mani as well. Everyplace works different, I understand. The old lady took about an hour to do my pedi. I paid 35. Even thought the lady was nice I didnt like he finish product. I asked from gold and red I brought my own nail polish. She didnt get my cuticles removed correctly, because she couldnt see well. When it came to painting my toes the gold shade I brought in she said wasnt good. But it just has a lot of glitter so it dries faster when you apply it. The toe gold was very clumpy and didnt look nice. There was also red on the toe from the clear coat that got on my big toe and I asked if she can fix it. Even though she had a hard time finding the red stain, because she couldnt see, she did remove it but it only made it worst, she was very shaky when applying it and wasnt paining in one same direction. I even asked one lady that came over to remove my hand nail polish why she was painting my toe that way. She didnt have anything to say. I was frustrated at this point. I really wished someone else did my manicure but I didnt request another person. I hadnt got a manicure in a while I was really looking forward to getting all my dry cuticle removed but the same thing happed. This same lady couldnt really see. I asked her to please get in there I have so much dry cuticle and she just said yes I did. Maybe with the situation she was nervous and forgot to brush my nails and remove the dirt under them. Anyway, as soon as she asked about the paint I said its ok no color. I paid and left. I still tipped. I wont be exposing my toes but here is how my finish manicure looked with no color of course. It was $52 total and I just gave $5 tip. I dont know if Id come back.

i come here alot. i always get 100$ sets this is just not expectable they are the worst job ever i came back to get them fixed & staff would not listen at all. they said there nothing they could do but fix the shape. the whole time i was getting my nails done i kept telling anna the lady who did my nails the shape is not right and one side of the nail is longer then the other. she kept saying she knows & will get to it later she infact never got to it later. i came back next day and they were rude. they thought that by adding a ton of gilter it would be better. then the owner walked in being disrespectful & telling me next time ask before you leave and i did indeed tell her the owner i did not like them the same day & she told me they were fine. over all this was a terrible experience and when you see the nails keep in mind i paid 100$ for them
