Cary McCaslin is the greatest! From start to finish, Cary was professional, knowledgeable, caring, kind, understanding of my specific situation, timely, and detailed. Honestly, i am having difficulty finding sufficient superlatives in describing his overall competence. I have bought and refinanced other homes and never had a good experience with the mortgage broker. I certainly could NEVER write a favorable review on any of them. But Cary puts a whole new meaning to professionalism. You will LOVE the quality of service . Buying or selling a home is stressful. No doubt about it. But Cary takes the stress out of the loan facet of buying. Always there when you have questions....and always has the answers. Cary is simply the BEST!!!!

As first time home buyers, we did what most people do and went to a typical big bank (BofA, Chase, etc) in search of a home loan. However, we were LUCKILY connected with Cary a couple weeks prior to finding our dream home. He was very easy to work with, personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Any question we had was answered immediately regardless of time of day. Even after the purchase of our home, he was a great resource to have. We will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Cary and his team at Tri-Star were fantastic! Prior to being put on to Tri-Stars, my wife & I had previously dealt with two other lenders. Cary was the first one that did not feel like we were being bought and sold. He not only responded to us 24/7 but he responded in detail, thoughtful answers that would answer our next question before we even asked it. There was a week or two during the closing process, where we had a question for Cary almost every night and he would stay on the phone with us, sometimes well past 7:00 pm, to make sure he answered all our questions and quelled all of our concerns. It seems customer service, currently, barely exists and everyone is just doing the bare minimum, however, I can assure you that isnt the case with Cary and the Tri-Star team. He EARNED our business and anyone would benefit from working with Tri-Star.
