Cheryl Aday was our agent and she did an amazing job fidning us the home of our dreams. Hands down she is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cheryl is the absolute best!!!! A friend of ours recommended her to us, and it was definitely one of the best recommendations we have ever received. We are first time home buyers, with complex circumstances, and she walked us through ever step of the way, advocated for us, and made sure we got the best deal possible. Cheryl truly exceeded our expectations! From the day that we decided to list our house, she went out of her way to walk us through each step of the process. Selling a home can be a stressful and emotional event, but her organized  and caring approach helped calm our anxiousness and actually made it an enjoyable process. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows the housing market, and always communicated with us, keeping our best interests in mind. She was very responsive to our many questions, and it was evident that she had a great relationship with other realtors, lenders, and our escrow team. We could tell that this is more than a job to her, it's her passion and her ministry. She even surprised us with little gifts along the way, including cookies, packing boxes, and a getaway trip to Catalina after closing on our sell. When it came time to look for a house to buy, she again went above and beyond to help us find our next home.
