We had the most amazing experience with Alicia and her team ! Twice ! She is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Alicia was more than helpful in finding the right home for us. She truly advocated for us ! She had so much knowledge but shared it in a way that wasn't overwhelming. She was extremely honest, upfront, knowledgable and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She helped us submit a strong offer that stood out but at the same time was very fair to us as buyers. I bought 2 houses through her already and both the times she helped me find the perfect home, close escrow and move in within 30 days ! How fast is that ! What has stood out to me the most was her communication after the purchase of the home, still following up to make sure we were ok and if we had any questions!!
