Food was great, service was great. it was very clean and our food came out fast, fresh, and hot. the cashier carlos was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find the item we were looking for on the menu.

I like chicken. I like El Pollo Loco. Update 3/23/24: the chicken is still tasty although the pieces seemed small and a little dry. As far as sides, they eliminated corn on the cob a long time ago. Black beans are also gone. I chose broccoli which is served rather dry. You can't even get butter anymore. I suppose that's why they eliminated corn on the cob...that HAS to have butter. As for atmosphere, the music is too loud but it's continuously accompanied by the sound of the cleaver chopping chickens.

It is unfortunate that this restaurant does not maintain the quality every day, today I bought a family meal, THE CHICKEN WAS HORRIBLE, IT DIDN'T LOOK FRESH, TAKE CARE OF THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD

We have gone to El Pollo for many years. The food is clean and tasty. We would have rated a 4, but during the many years of going, we have noticed a major change in quantity of meals while prices have risen. The staff is very friendly.
