Ive been with this company for years, usually I have the best customer service experience. Today unfortunately was a different story. Adrianna H. was very snappy, impatient, and kept talking over me. She stated We keep interrupting each other so let me talk and you can listen and then speak after me She quoted me one price then when I was about to agree to be added on to a policy she quoted me a different price almost $100 extra. She didnt know why it raised when the accident report stated I wasnt at fault. She wouldnt call to fix it after she said she would and she still hasnt given me a price after a day and a half of asking what Id have to pay out of my pocket to my dad who was adding me on his policy. When I initially called in the morning I was very respectful and from the jump she was rude saying ugh hold on and put me on hold for 5 mins sounding irritated the fact I called. I treat others how they treat me she was very unprofessional and I feel if you dont like your job then find a different one. I do hope they monitor the call for quality assurance. Im very unhappy with how she handled everything.
