Patty Conteras helped simplify the complicated Medicare sign-up process.  Needless to say I was dreading the process, but she helped me find plans that meet my needs and took care of everything in few stress-free calls!  She is knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. What a gem of an employee this company has in Patricia Contreras! Professional, kind, available and follows up on applications she has placed for clients such as myself. It's a daunting task to take on alone and Patricia handles it all with grace and timeliness! I'm so grateful to her for getting my medical insurance needs placed and allowing me some piece of mind.

I found Patty on yelp and was looking for assistance /support with my covered California Account/application.Patty is extremely generous and replied almost immediately. She is kind, thorough and professional. She told me what info I needed to be prepared for our phone appt w/ Coverd CA and  took the initiative to call them to set that up.Patty made it easy to understand how to apply and explained what the best options I had.Thank you Patty for your time, this review is overdue and well deserved, I'm sorry it took me a while to submit.

The owner lost the passion she once had (Patty) and lost the ability to call and help her clients, she established 15 years prior, It a shame people loose the ability to cultivate their client base once they become successful. Patty lost us due to always being " TOO BUSY" to call us and follow through with her commitments. Used to be great now I can only LOOSE her Number
