Very disappointed. I tried to use ComforCare as backup when my child's daycare was closed for a holiday. I booked and confirmed over a month before the date we needed the care. ComforCare even called a week before to confirm the appointment. However the afternoon before the ComforCare cancelled last minute and my EAP Backup Care provider was unable to find another option due to the late notice. Completely unprofessional.

I cannot say enough great things about Shay & his team at Comforcare. They have been providing care for my mom for the last couple of months, starting first just 1-2x per week and more recently with 24/7 care. They have been very easy to communicate with and have been very responsive to our changing needs, even finding me care within a few hours when needed. Shay has taken a lot of time getting to know my mom's needs, educating me on care options and finding the right personalities of care givers during this stressful time. They truly seem to care and try very hard to minimize the stress on the family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

ComForCare Home Care was amazing in all aspects of care. They were very quick to respond to my request for caregiving for my mother. Even when one of the scheduled caregivers had an emergency, they still were able to provide care that day, so I didn't have to miss work. Every single one of the caregivers went above and beyond to care for my mom including light housework and making sure my mom was safe and her needs were met. My mom absolutely loved every person that came. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone looking for exception care and service.

We needed backup daycare few weeks ago and both times the staff was on-time and clearly had experience working with children. Would use again.
