I know some people have good experiences and some have bad. I'm just sharing my experience here. I've been looking for a dentist. I had to reschedule with this office for personal reasons, but I'm just a busy person. Note I did call about getting a cleaning. When my appointment finally came, there were a few things I noticed as soon as I got there. Already an unhappy customer leaving the office after arguing with the front desk for a couple of minutes and horrible customer service. I filled out the necessary paperwork and continued with my appointment. Once again, I was asked the reason for my visit. I responded, "I'm here for a cleaning." The front desk lady(she's was not helpful at all fyi) took my paperwork and had me wait to be called. Since this was my first visit, they had to take x-rays now being attended by the x-ray technician. I was asked again the reason for my visit. I responded, "I am here for a cleaning." (The X-ray technician was the definition of great service) After the x-rays were done, I was then seated in the dental exam room where I waited 20 minutes for the dentist to arrive. He asked me for my reason for the visit, and I continued with I'm here for a cleaning. He went over my x-rays with me and basically said everything looks good with your teeth. then said that he would get a dental hygienist for the cleaning. I was waiting for the hygienst for about 30 min. Before someone came into the room and asked me out of confusion if I had any questions. I said no, thinking she was the hygienist and would get started. She tells me the hygienist is not here today and we have to schedule an appointment. At this point I was upset because nobody told me that they could not clean my teeth today, but they wasted my time and took my information plus charged my insurance and were planing to charge a whole bunch of extras. They pretty much stole money and time. Definitely not a place I would recommend, unless you do not mind wasting time and don't mind your dentist taking care of its clients.

Customer service needs improvement. Once they get your money the quality of service declines. As well as quality of product.

Worst place ever. All they wanna do is sell you on implants I actually paid all up front and they can't do my inplant and they won't give me my money back.

The service and the staff here are amazing. They treat you like family and they gave me the most amazing smile I could ever ask for. I actually miss going to the dentist LOL.

This office took X-rays a month ago scheduled a deep cleaning for today 4/20/23 they called four days ahead to ask if I wanted earlier appointment I said no keep it on the 20 th I came in she couldn't find my appointment plus name and birth date I was like wow no appointment she said no. I went to car to get my scheduled appointment card gave it to her said I don't want your business because I'm sure it will happen again ""unprofessional place.""
