Charles was great to work with, and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. We needed a bathroom remodel, but weren't looking for anything too fancy, just clean and functional. He was very helpful, without being pushy, more offering options or ideas, than trying to nudge you in any particular direction. His pricing was very competitive and straight forward. We also loved the fact that he has a brick and mortar showroom, so you know he and his company are legit, and not some fly-by-night operation. He stands by his quote that he provides with upfront pricing, no hidden fees, or hidden charges. Any extra materials he requires he provides receipts and charges you only at cost - no markup! The materials like cabinetry, shower tub, marble counters, were all top notch quality. Benito was efficient, skilled, clean, timely, and answered any questions. He also did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Charles followed up throughout the process when necessary to make sure things were going as planned, and was there to make sure the finished product was satisfactory. When we found a few small details that needed to be touched up, he came and did it himself if necessary. Bottom line is, it is always nerve racking to have work done on your home - worrying about trusting the workers, quality, who will answer those last minute questions or changes, standing behind their prices, etc. I can say that Charles is a very honest and trustworthy person, who clearly understands that his business is dependent upon not only quality and pricing, but excellent customer service. He is always available, early morning - late at night to answer questions, fix a problem, or create a solution. I highly recommend Charles and Home Style Designs, and look forward to working with them again on our next project.

I was looking at redoing my kitchen. I had 10 different estimates from different companies. Home Style Designs was actually mentioned and recommended in the Rancho Cucamonga news group. I was able to meet with Charles pretty quick who came to my house and took some measurements. It was nice to meet him at his showroom in Upland and have the option to physically see and touch the products he offers. Charles provided clear communication about how the work would proceed. he is very detailed and organized. If I needed anything he was there and answered any of my questions. Charles was always very easy to get in touch with. His workers were very experienced, polite and just amazing! I am very happy to have chosen Home Style Designs and will be working with them on future projects.
