        I came at 3:50pm,the floor manager told me they cant help me after 4:00pm, I said just 5 minutes regarding my account,he still refuses me,by the way the bank close at 5:00pm

        There was several seniors in the line and they had one teller. Customer had to ask seniors to sit down while they held there place in line. No staff cared enough to come and ask seniors if they could make them comfortable while waiting. Bad customer service.

        4 different times getting turned down just to make an account. Next appointment I had there wasnt a manager. This place sucks.
