        When I grocery shop in the mornings, customers are forced to do self check out. No lanes are open for service. Why should we have to buy our groceries, then be forced to ring up and bag our own items? This seems very inappropriate. Also, the elderly woman who bags groceries is extremely unprofessional and rude. I did report it to a manager, and she did nothing about it. Wont be shopping here again.
