Your safety and peace of mind should never be compromised by individuals like Mark Sanders. When I brought my car to Mark Sanders' team's service, the incompetence of his authority reached alarming levels. My brakes were dangerously worn down to the metal, registering at Omm, yet they claimed a measurement of 5mm. This blatant misrepresentation of the situation reflects a shocking lack of honesty and professionalism. Despite presenting clear evidence of their error taken at another Ford Dealer (Theodore Robins of Costa Mesa), Mark Sanders and his team adamantly refused to rectify the situation. The disregard for safety and their refusal to acknowledge their mistake is not only disheartening but also raises serious concerns about their commitment to ethical business practices. I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear at all costs. The combination of negligence, dishonesty, and an unwillingness to make things right demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and reliability.

Never went. I went elsewhere after trying for 2 days to get someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did, I told him I just needed regulat service. Like oil change. Light came on. He said ok, ill be back. After 11 minutes I hung up and went elsewhere. Took 1 hr to have what I needed done.

Stay away from this Ford service center like it's the plague! I made a reservation for their service two weeks in advance. I dropped off my car yesterday and had also reserved a rental car in anticipation. However, the following day, I received no updates, so I decided to call them. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. I should mention that I have a certified speech impediment, which can sometimes cause communication challenges. I had to inform them about this beforehand. I made three phone calls in total, with the first two times being told that an unknown advisor, supposedly informed about my car, was currently unavailable. After waiting on hold for approximately two hours, I finally received a call informing me that they hadn't even started working on my car. I pointed out that I had made a reservation two weeks in advance, to which they responded by saying they couldn't guarantee their service and showed little concern for my difficulties in arranging alternative transportation. In typical rude fashion, they implied that if I didn't agree with their policies, I could seek service elsewhere. I let them know that I was recording the phone call, and they were doing the same. I'm prepared to share my entire experience after gathering relevant information regarding the legality of sharing recorded calls. I wanted to emphasize that what matters is the law, not their internal policies. In any case, due to the lack of alternatives after the extensive wait, I had to extend my rental car agreement. Customer service should be a priority, but it seems they couldn't care less. They act as if their jobs are secure, even though they are in at-will employment, which means they can be terminated at any time.
