Kimberly was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me find the right part I was looking for that was not vehicle specific. Very few employees would even bother trying to help me when I said the part is not vehicle specific.

So helpful and personable! We went to their neighbor auto parts store first and were ignored. We came here and were helped immediately. Super friendly and helpful!

If I could I would give this place a 0 stars horrible customer service I was waiting if front for 15 minutes waiting to buy my cleaning supplies for my car went to the guy in the back he had phone call after phone call he said he would help me to just give him little a bit so he can catch up he was the commercial manager after he helped me turns out the store manager and the assistant store manager were in this little section sitting down talking to each other not doing anything didnt even bother to check if their was a customer in the front this place had great customer service before they changed mangers its sad that the guy in the back has to take all the calls and help the front for lazy and unsupportive employees will not be coming back and will tell everyone I know in upland not to buy from this location I used to go to autozone customer service was horrible and switched to advance auto because they had great customer service but now its so horrible that they make autozone customer service seem like the best
