Precision Collision center

Theres some nice people who work here but how they do business is shady. They worked on my Hyundai, or I should say they had the car for a month. They charged my insurance thousands of dollars which is normal. But then I came to find that they invoiced new parts, but actually just used the old bumper with new paint. When it came detached, they glued it. It lasted for a couple months, and detached. When I went back asking him to just reattach the bumper (10 minutes of work) he said there is nothing I can do. Id stay away from these guys.see photos

If 0 stars were a possibility, Undoubtedly 0 would be accurate. Precision Collision is a scam. In order to protect your car and your money, I highly advise anyone who is considering this body shop for car repairs to disregard Percision as even an option. This company is as sketchy as they come. I had my car towed to Percision Collision becuase of a recommendation the man towing my car made (my mistake, never listen to a tow companys body shop recommendation) and just driving up the the place had me on edge. I decided not to have the work done at Percision, but instead Service King (highly highly recommend, professional, fast, friendly, clean, great reception and management) how ever when my insurance sent a tow to go get the car from Percision in order to take it to Service King (after I had signed the release form) Percision came up with an accuse saying the boss isnt here, you cant take the car. Next day, the tow company tried again, and the refused to give the tow company the keys to my car. I had to take time off work, to go to Percision and threaten them to give me the keys to my car or the Upland PD were foinf to be called. No doubtably they were trying to make a few $20-$40 bucks from the insurance by charging facility charges for leaving the car in their yard even though attempt to remove it were made. I didnt even have my car serviced at Percision to know that they cant be trusted.
