I don't think Google will allow room for me to truly review aspire how I want to but man, it was a long 13 month lease. They were so on point with communication until we moved in - after that it was hard to get a hold of someone. They're also closed Sundays & Mondays. It's not a smoke-free area as stated, broken cars parked in assigned spots even though they're not suppose to. Homeless people coming in & out - digging through trash and causing ruckus. Dogs who are on the prohibited list are there, people parked in the middle of the road because they don't care. Parking is such an insane issue. We got countless tickets for parking in the street, one of the gates is always broken. They've got garages but 4-5 of them is taken up by maintenance. The best part of aspire is the maintenance crew. Monica & her team were always so helpful and on point with everything. They also kept most of our deposit. I don't understand how the tenants should have to pay for repainting when the apartment is going to do it anyways in order to keep it "looking" clean and new for the next people. There were many other issues but I'm just gonna say it wasn't a pleasant experience for us & we are glad we left.

5/5 for the maintenance team. They are extremely helpful and responsive and were by far the best part of living here. Can't say enough about how professional and attentive they are. Any time we had an issue it was resolved no later than the next day. We will especially miss Monica. She was always extremely friendly and is such a kind person, we will definitely miss chatting with her. As for the apartments themselves - we lived in a 1-bedroom. It's a small space and, in my opinion, not worth what we were paying by the time we moved out ($2,165), but if you have a renovated unit, it's probably one of the better apartments you can get in the area. The location is nice, being close to Mount Baldy, Downtown Claremont, etc is a plus. The property is well maintained and the pool is cleaned regularly. We did have a rough start when first moving in, as our patio space wasn't what we were told it would be. However, the office staff at that time are no longer at the Aspire property, so I don't want that to reflect on the current staff, as they seem to be doing a better job than what we saw before. If maintenance staff and surrounding property upkeep are big on your list while searching for an apartment, then I would recommend Aspire.
