i have been going to dee for many many years. the office staff is courteous, friendly, extremely helpful & beyond knowledgeable! i recommend her often. the office is extremely busy, so book early & b patient.

Excellent customer service! Norman helped me and he was a pleasure to do my taxes with. He made me laugh alot and the process was fast and comfortable. Norman, I got you on the free pizza, just give me a call when you want it buddy! Thanks again!

Horrible experience - the owner herself helped us and she completely rushed us through the process. She kept getting nervous saying her longtime customers are waiting and she has to help them soon because they've been going there a long time. Then she literally cut the appointment short and kicked us out saying she'll finish it later and call us. Worst experience I've ever had and don't recommend this place to anyone new - - Dee is a horrible person that only cares about her regulars

Honestly I wouldn't even leave a one star if I had the choice I have never written a bad review but this place made me think about it. They where closed for a while which was understandable but I supposed they finally opened up. When I called a male on the phone answered rudly and unfriendly. They kept denying to answer my questions, up until finally they decided to comply and check my information. She stated" I'm wasting her time because she needs to hit a deadline". In my opinion I understand but that's something you shouldnt tell a client. I have noted to not come here ever again and wouldn't suggest it for anyone else as well.
