Byron created and installed a beautiful, live edge, spalted sycamore fireplace mantel for us. The work is beautiful and he is truly a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed the collaboration, Byron patiently explaining options for finishes and mounting details until we had a plan. When he returned to install the finished product he did so with care and precision, even unmounting and reinstalling it when we were both unhappy with the original height. Byron is an exceptional craftsman and builder. Call him up when you need things done the right way the first time. Byron has built some exceedingly difficult projects for us. And he has always come through, even when the timelines are tight. Byron is simply the most professoinal and skilled craftsman we have worked with in the past 10 years.

Collaborating with Byron is a wonderful process--from initial consultation, design finalization, material selection and installation--during each phase you experience the depth of his commitment to achieving your expectations. His skill and artistry are evident in the warmth and beauty of the the piece. Byron created a cherry and walnut fireplace surround and mantel, which compliments every aspect of my home. I like to say I have a piece of art masquerading as my mantel. I could not be more pleased with the final result.

Byron Conn Design designed and built 9 custom tables for our office, including a 14 foot shuffleboard table with beautiful dovetailing, leather work and inlay details. Their work is impeccable, their turnaround was quick and the delivery was easy.
