We are very happy customers of Turnkey. Most of the ERTC checks came in recently for our salon business, and it's thanks to the hard work of the Turnkey team. They really took great care of us. When I checked in with them for a status update a few weeks after the submission package was mailed, I was really surprised to hear that they had noticed the post office never delivered it to the IRS a few days before so they had already re-mailed it again for us! We've shared this wonderful service to my cousin who also owns a business. Would do business with this company again for sure.

I serendipitously reconnected with Wynn when a mutual friend who is a Turnkey client referred me to apply for the ERTC. I actually mentored him a bit while he was just starting out as an entrepreneur, while we were both working out of an office building in San Francisco almost 2 decades ago. I don't normally write reviews unless it's something worth writing about... But Wynn and the folks over at Turnkey really came through for our business. For a change, the IRS just sent us fat checks instead of the other way around! Wynn came highly recommended via a buddy who had had a positive experience with their ERC application. We connected right away and he outlined all the pro's and con's so I felt I was making a well-informed decision.
