        Understaffed and overbooked. As a caretaker, it's completely unacceptable for them to book appointments and not even be open when we show up. We've been scheduled for days when the doctor isn't even there and there have been multiple instances of the office just being closed with no communication with the patients. When they are open, it's usually a 30-45 minute wait AFTER your scheduled time to see the doctor. Don't bother calling either - I've sat in the waiting room and watched the staff completely ignore phone calls. I've had pharmacists let me know that they had no luck reaching the doctor by phone because no one picks up. If you have other options, explore them - this place is not equipped for how many patients they have.

        If I could leave negative stars, I would. Office manager is extremely rude and hostile. Its like they book you random appointments just to get money out of you. Very unprofessional and they dont seem to care about their patients or workers.
