I have rented from a few different truck and van locations and this location by far has the best customer service. They are transparent with all of the details and really work hard to get your business. This is my only go-to place to rent cargo vans and trucks!

Bad Customer service, they hide the fees, I had an incident with the truck I rented I called them right after it happened and they told me there was a $1,500 deductible after I paid for insurance.
They told me they gonna try to pursue the company that did the damage, and they never did.
They just charged my card and never contacted me again.
Good company but is immoral to do business and hide information from customers.
They explain everything while theyre checking the vehicle and you have to sign it right away.
no chance to read the agreement.
