My experience with Parc Medallion has been awesome, new staff is extremely professional and very welcoming. Ilaria & Trisha are very detailed with the property and care about the community.

The overall experience has been great. Ilaria as a community manager has been wonderful. She is very kind, always available and really helpful . She makes sure the community is safe. Great work.

Hi Future Residents, Just a heads-up, if you come across any repairs in your apartment, be prepared to share the cost of repair even if it is no fault of yours. I had a major water damage in my apartment from upstairs which they fixed in few days but I had to pay for all the electricity that they used and incur other expenses as I had to temporarily move out. I have already requested them to reimburse me for all the expenses but no response from the property management office. So, if you think that all you have to do is pay rent and utilities here that is not true, just a fair warning! UPDATE: This is a standard response from Parc Medallion to contact them after they read any adverse review online. I have already contacted them prior to my review but I tried again after they responded to my review. There was no reimbursement for the expenses that I made towards the repair in the apartment. So, you are not going to get anything back even after they mention online to come and meet them regarding your concern. I have also vacated the apartment as I do not want to spend for any apartment repairs in future for which I am not responsible. After vacating, they have sent me double charges for water and trash for the time I stayed there. Parc Medallion is trying to get whatever money they can get out of me even after vacating the apartment. It seems they are above the law! Any good reviews for Parc Medallion here are fake for sure as in my one and half year of stay here I have dealt with only apartment and management issues. I was always paying rent and utilities on time so it is hard to believe one resident has good experience while others have bad. I work in cancer research and all the time that I could have spent in improving patients' lives, I have to spend in dealing with apartment issues and Parc Medallion management. Choose wisely and never ever come to Parc Medallion for your housing needs!
