PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Stijn Mintjens is a dr with no compassion, empathy or patience. I wasn't at the clinic, my husband was with my child. Stijn wanted to send my child to CHOC in an ambulance, I wanted to talk to him on the phone to ask about the situation. We were on the phone for 2 minutes and he threatened to call CPS on me because "we keep going back and forth" with his diagnose. I was distressed but I wasn't rude or disrespectful but this person wasted no time to threaten a worried mother instead of reassuring or showing a bit of kindness. Go somewhere else where dr cares. Not this clinic.

This place will not take medical ..tell me how can you not take kids in .in need of help without paying . Wow they thrive of money.unbelievable.

The wait, despite appointment, is simply unbearable. At least 1 hour. Previous time we waited for two. That is with only 1 other patient in front of us. Why bother if its as bad as an ER?

Place is a scam! They will bill you for services never rendered and harass you through collections. My daughter was never seen here at this facility as she had a broken arm. Since they had no X-ray machine we didnt proceed and went to CHOC ER. However, before going into this urgent care facility we were prompted to fill out paperwork online. They are now using this paperwork to collect hundreds of dollars (700) when they never even saw my daughter. Place is a complete scam and no one will assist you.
