I have worked with Blue Pacific Property several times to assist with leasing my residential investment properties. Bill and Ryan are a dream to work with. They are professional, efficient and extremely thorough. When they say they are going to do something they do it. I never have to follow up with them, nor do I ever have to check status on things, I can always count on it being complete and completed perfectly. Melinda Brower went above and beyond our expectations, providing extensive comps and weekly updates on properties available on the market. She was very accommodating with meeting our schedule demands to show us properties. She didnt waste our time with properties that did not meet our needs unfortunately our parents became ill necessitating us to change our plans to relocate. I would highly recommend Melinda Brower for all your real-estate needs her integrity is first rate. If the time arrives and we decide to relocate we will definitely use Melinda Brower again
