David is a work horse. He earns every extra penny he charges, and makes sure you get taken care of too. He LISTENS and is upfront. I very much enjoyed working with David to help me sell my home. Selling is stressful and can require so much work, but he always came by with a smile, ready to work. With my family adjusting to the idea of relocation because of my husbands new job (requiring him to be gone 4 days of the week until we move), David was there if I needed and made sure to take care of every last detail. From helping with moving stuff into the garage to being here with every visit and wiping down the house now with these covid times. He is a strong communicator and is always ready for your questions. I recommend him to anyone.

Also, the staging company he works with is amazing. They were able to see and enhance the beauty of our home. Finally, Davids contractor is the best in the business. David and his team truly offers a full service home selling experience. Davids knowledge of the market is amazing and we are so happy we chose him.

After interviewing 3 different realtors to sell our house, we went with David and have never looked back. David has gone above and beyond by helping us pack, move furniture, and stage and unstage the house for showings while we were living there. Unlike some realtors weve dealt with in the past, David is willing to give you his honest opinion rather than hiding behind some infuriating professional detachment that you often see from a realtor. We have been so happy with his efforts to sell our house that we hired him to help us buy our next one too!
