We appreciated her no nonsense approach and her ability to get us answers we had been waiting months for in mere hours! Property management takes a special person, Lisa is that person! Grateful for her help and happy to be sharing our positive experience.

    The worse-they do not return calls, nickle and dime you for everything-stamps, envelopes etc. They do NOTHING for you.

    i never write reviews ever. Andrew at regent has no professionalism. He put me on speaker and broke up the whole time.  I told him mutiple times and he did nothing. Coudlnt get a headphone or anything and told me that what i owed wasn't a ton of money. I found it so rude that he told me what is or isnt a lot of money.  Spoke over me and every i question i had squashed .  So stressful . I just hate the place that i live even more and i hate this agency . Its so frustrating  and they cant even use the web portal correctly.  They never respond . If i could give zero stars to this company i would . I hope no one has to interact with these people every again.

    I am writing this review in appreciation for the outstanding care and customer service given to me as a resident of Hampton Court in Orange, CA.  Lisa Gross is the Regent Association Services Customer Manager for our community.  Each time I call her to address property situations, she returns my call right away with an answer to help resolve the issue.  Her attention to  care and service is excellent.  My last request was that tree branches from a neighboring condo community be trimmed as they were hanging over into my patio.  She called the customer manager of that condo community and he, Steve Humphrey of Depot Walk, gladly agreed to have his landscapers trim the branches.  This is great customer service on the part of both managers.  Thanks to Lisa's on-going attention, all Hampton Court outside areas are clean and kept up to date.  The landscapers for our community take pride in their work and it shows.  It is a pleasure to live in Orange and Hampton Court.  I give much thanks to Lisa, and all others in customer services who help make this such a nice place to live.
