Excellent hospitality! Both front of the house and Dr Jae made me feel extremely comfortable as they worked with my newborn. I felt comfortable and confident putting my baby in Dr. Jaes hands to perform the tongue tie and Ive seen tremendous improvement in how my daughter feeds! Highly recommend if youre looking for a pediatric dentist.

We came to Lovebee to assess my newborns tongue and lip tie, per our nurses and lactation consultants recommendation. Dr. Jae and her staff were SO enjoyable to work with, and were very warm and easy to make an appointment. They were patient and worked with us in figuring out our newborns dental insurance. Once seen, Dr. Jae felt the lip tie correction was not necessary and would not affect babys latch nor development, so we only did the tongue tie correction. Dr. Jae could not have been sweeter and more enjoyable to work with. She was so gentle with the baby that I felt more than comfortable with her doing the procedure. She explained they do laser in office, so we did it same day. It was quick, and there was no bleeding by the time I got to baby after it was finished. They gave me exercises to do and had me come back in a week to make sure no re-attachment was happening. They even checked in on me a couple days after to make sure baby was doing ok, and his latch was improving. At the one week check-up, his healing was doing well and it was clear no scar tissue would form so there was no need to come back. All in all such a great experience and it set up our baby to feed more efficiently and less pain for mama. If you need to take care of your babies lip or tongue tie, cannot recommend Dr. Jae and Lovebee more! Thank you Dr. Jae, Mayra and team for taking care of our baby and being so great!

Dr. Jae, Mayra, and the rest of the Lovebee staff are so wonderful! Hauling 3 kids to visit the dentist is a struggle in itself, but Dr. Jae and her amazing team made our visit so easy. Our two littles were a handful during their visit being that it was their first dental appointment. Dr. Jae and her staff were so patient, professional, and helped to comfort our anxious and scared littles. Truly, such a blessing!
One of our kids needed to have extensive dental work done under anesthesia. Dr. Jae and Mayra set everything up for us. They thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and were very straightforward with the cost, which we really appreciated. The anesthesiology team, Dr. Anthony Tran and Rocio were so great in helping to keep our little one comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The anesthesiology team reached out prior to the procedure to explain in detail what we should expect during the procedure and during recovery. We felt very well informed which helped to calm our own nerves as parents of a child going through anesthesia for a dental procedure.
Bottom line, Dr. Jae and her team really care about their patients. Dr. Jae goes the extra mile to help make our kids dental experience a comfortable and positive one. Thank you, Dr. Jae and the Lovebee staff!

Reader beware: long review! :)
First off, Im so thankful to have found Lovebee Pediatric Dentistry. From the very beginning Dr. Jae and her staff have amazing. They have been so accommodating, patient, and have actually gone to great lengths for my son and I to make sure he was well taken care of. I moved from LA to OC and had not established a dentist for my son out here yet. I took him to another office for his first check up in the OC in the beginning of last year where I was not satisfied, neither was my son. Fast forward to November, my son was due for his 6 month cleaning but he was also complaining of a lot of tooth pain. I noticed a small abscess and large decay and knew I needed to get this taken care of asap! I took him to another office which was a traumatizing experience for my son so I was on the hunt for another office. I came across Lovebee Dentistry and it looked so welcoming, clean and kid friendly. Not to mention when I showed my son photos he was instantly excited about Dr. Jaes little family of bees on the front counter. I called and scheduled an appointment, they were able to get me in very quick. Upon arrival, Mayra greeted us and also did my sons cleaning. She is AMAZING!! My son can be squirmy at the dentist and also likes to sit on my lap but Mayra and Dr. Jae were amazing with him. They even got him to take his first set of X-rays! Unfortunately though, my son had a full mouth of work to be done (extractions, crowns, root canals & fillings) so upsetting since Im also in the dental field myself. Being in the dental field with experience in both pediatrics and oral surgery I knew that the best option for my son was going to be general anesthesia to complete all the dental work. Dr. Jae made me feel very comfortable at the same time while also giving me the option of completing all the treatment with laughing gas but it would have to be 4 different appointments. As a mother & a dental professional, I know that putting my child through 4 extensive and invasive treatment appointments was in the end going to be more traumatizing for him than do any good. I opted for general anesthesia for the treatment. I was given a breakdown of the treatment plan as well as the fees for the anesthesiologist the Dr. Jae works with, Dr. Janice Chen. (Shes amazing too!!) Dr. Jae, Dr. Chen, & Mayra were so helpful, patient and supportive through this entire process. I think its most important for parents to know that even though general anesthesia can be a scary thought ESPECIALLY when it comes to your child, trust me when I say youre in good hands here. Also, keep in mind the benefits of your child too: they go to sleep and wake up with everything done. No memory of any shots, pain, pressure, loud noises or discomfort. Which means they dont associate any negative experiences with the dentist. I can confidently say that general anesthesia for a full mouth of dental work was the best decision. My son is now so enthusiastic about brushing his teeth and making sure he keeps them clean for Dr. Jae! Hes now on a 3 month schedule for check ups and he cant wait for his next one.
Dont hesitate to come to this office whether it be for routine cleanings or for treatment. From the doctors to the staff and even the office itself, theyre amazing! Im so happy I found my sons life long pediatric dentist :)
