Well our party starts in an hour. And half of the chairs that were delivered to us are broken. All of the pads and covers for the chairs have disgusting stains all over them.Called in and " sorry there's nothing we can do we're booked out so we can replace them "

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Apex Tent and Party Rental. I am the co-chairperson of an Orchid Show.  We rented a 40' x 90' canopy from them. ()We started with 40 x 80 and needed to increase it, they took care of it with no fuss at all.) They got it up very quickly, very well secured.  We discovered that we needed to rent some additional items after we got set up, they delivered within a couple of hours.  Lisa  and Shane have always been extremely responsive on the phone.  And their prices are very reasonable too.  I have been doing this show for many years, (another company), and this was far and away the best experience with rentals that I have ever had.  They absolutely will get our future business and I strongly recommend them.

I hosted a powerlifting event at a gym in Irvine this weekend and had a fantastic experience with Apex. We set up a 40' canopy, two 20'x40' canopies, 250 chairs and 20 tables. Customer service was great and the guys doing setup were quick and flexible with the space.Will definitely be going back to Apex when we run the event again in 2023!

I recently rented some tables, chairs and linen from Apex. I requested some additional linens and went there personally to pick them up. It was a Friday and my event was at the weekend. I received the previous invoice but not the new one until I requested. The charge in my previous invoice for the linens was totally different then the final one (Even though I requested the same size at least for one of them. When I saw the charged amount I surprised and called them to understand the charge details. That was the time they sent me the invoice). I advice anyone doing business with them to make sure the pricing before hand. Don't be surprised as I did. Let me add some details about the items I received. The 6' rectangular tables were really old and they were not leveling, each had different height. The cocktail tables were wobbly. I had to balance them with extra stuff:(((  The good part was the linens were  clean. That was the only good :((((Overall, I don't advice to anyone to rent any item from them.

Number one in Orange County, prices are lower than anyone else and high quality stuff ! I did my first events with them and im very happy Amir Ershadi
