Melissa was amazing to work with. She was the most responsive person Ive ever worked with and helped guide me and my wife through our first home purchase. I joked about getting her our realtors commission because how much she helped us during this process and because she truly deserved it!

My husband and I have bought and sold a couple of homes over the years but I honestly and wholeheartedly can say working with Melissa has been the best experience ever. In the past we have been taken advantage of so our concern and fear was very real but Melissa was so assuring and so knowledgeable from our very first conversations to our closing this was by far the very best experience in home buying we have ever had. The transaction couldnt have gone any smoother Melissa helped us with finding insurance for our home and walked us through everything. She always always answered any and every question. I agree with the other reviewer , she should get our realtors commission also lol she goes way above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with .. thank you again Melissa

My girlfriend and I were in the process of shopping for loans and lenders, quickly seeing the difference between the customer service Melissa and Loan Depot provides versus some of their competitors. From the moment we had our first phone call to us closing of our escrow last month, Melissa was there to answer any questions, listen to any of our concerns, and helped guide us through the fun that is volatile interest rates. There wasn't a missed call, text, or email that went without a quick response back. Buying a house is an extremely stressful process and I am so fortunate that we had Melissa and the Loan Depot team be some of the few interactions that actually reduced our stress. If you are in the market to buy or refi, I just hope that you at least give Melissa and Loan Depot a call.

My husband and I purchased a home, and we had the pleasure of working with Melissa Morton as our Loan Consultant. From start to finish, Melissa was a true professional and made the process of obtaining a loan as smooth as possible. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable of the end-to-end process and was able and willing to answer any and all questions we had pertaining to the loan, interest rates, home insurance, and even the escrow process. She kindly provided us with referrals for home insurance, which made the process of securing coverage for our new home so much easier. One of our biggest fears in the whole process was finding a lender who would take advantage of us. However, with Melissa, that fear quickly subsided. We felt like a priority and were taken care of throughout the entire process. Melissa was quick to respond via email, phone, and text, which made us feel like we were never left in the dark.
