Joined Alyssa and Chriss first time home buyers seminar, and I had a great time! I got to learn about the home buyer process and learned about some myths that first buyers fall for. I had been looking to buy at this specific complex for a while. This unit came up and she helped me jump on it, putting in offer in quickly, connecting me with a great lender (Thanks Scott Chaplain!) and actively following up with the selling agent to make sure my offer stood out and eventually got accepted. She was proactive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Due to the hard work of her whole team I was able to close early and move into my new cozy loft.

Alyssa went above and beyond for me and my family! We had a tall order as we requested to have our house sold in under 2 weeks, and also help us each find our next homes. As soon as we expressed our decision, she and her team began working diligently and relentlessly behind the scenes to make sure we met that deadline. After an outstanding marketing push, we received multiple offers in just under 7 days, and sold 35K above list price! Phenomenal! Throughout the process, she communicated constantly and tended to our individual needs for our future homes, all while respecting our busy schedules as we prepared for the big move. Not an easy feat handling 3 adults with very different needs, and she rocked it! Special shout out to Victor for helping us see where our investments can take us.
