        Walked in and ordered at the front. The cashier was very helpful! She informed us which souffls were new and the photos. Photos help me pick which souffle Id want so it was super helpful. Matcha tiramisu: 2 souffl pancakes stacked together. Topped with mascarpone cream. Matcha powder on top. Sliced strawberries around the plate. The pancakes were a bit dense in my option. It wasnt as fluffy as other spots. 1:1 ratio for mascarpone cheese - souffle pancakes. Price: $17. Its a bit high in my option since Ive had better souffle pancakes elsewhere with the same price.
