If you want years of terrible customer service and something to ALWAYS be wrong or broken with your car - go buy your brand new car and get it serviced at Tustin.
I am so very disappointed with Infinitis product and service. Every time I make an appointment to come in its like hunting them down. No one ever answers the phone, no one ever calls you back. You could be trying to schedule service for days before someone has the decency to call you back. After you get an appointment, better pray that person has the ability to schedule the loaner car, otherwise another 4 days of VMs and no one calling you back.
Once the car is in for service, you can expect a MULTITUDE of things to go wrong each and every time you take it in. The only time they actually call you is to tell you A,B and C are wrong with your car and it basically wont run again until you pay the $3K bill.
Ive previously had my car there for 5 days and no one would call me like promised to give me an update each day.
Bottom line- worst customer service Ive EVER run into, worst car Ive ever purchased, best way to waste your time, efforts and money. Infiniti of Tustin!

Don't waste your time, they are far from luxury. I got better service at Nissian and it was half the price. They would not call me back with updates, I always had to call them. The service manager was suppose to call me at 9am, no phone call from anyone. They told me they did not have loaner cars and will not give me a ride home. Terrible customer service, drive a little farther for a better dealer
