Monica was a lifesaver in getting our small Long Beach apartment complex (4-units) sold. I was remote and didn't have a construction manager and Monica managed the completion of a full renovation of the main house unit. Because of her diligence we were able to exit this investment at the top of the market, just weeks before the Fed again raised interest rates. She is an excellent communicator, strong negotiator, and we are so grateful for all of her help. Very very competent individual.
